· 2or3 sets of 12color automatic PVC label dispensing machine

· 1 set of base color dispensing machine with automatic pattern-plate delivering

· 1 set of SCARA robot with wide arm

· 1 set of automatic face color oven

· 1 set of base color dispensing machine with automatic plate-return


· The line need only 1 operator,the pattern plates are automatically colored,delivered and heated,the operator just take out the products from plates,load and unload pattern plates from the line.The labor intensity is largely reduced.

· The designed processing capacity is 180 batches per hour.

· 18or24 colors machine is optional to produce more colors products.
